Junction City

In collaboration with Fischer Consulting, we supported Junction City staff in developing communication materials, launching a public facing website, and planning community outreach for water and sewer infrastructure upgrades. 

Multi-media Communication

We worked closely with city staff to develop flyers for the anticipated water and sewer infrastructure upgrades. These materials provide a comprehensive overview for complicated long-term projects that will impact the community. The water and sewer upgrade content was expanded into an accompanying website to provide real-time updates to citizens, allow for RSVP to events, and create a comment/feedback submission for questions, comments, or concerns, as the water and sewer projects unfold over the next few years. 

Community Meetings

We offered support staff to Junction City staff in advertising, documenting, and facilitating discussions with community members during quarterly community meetings hosted alongside the Police Department. These meetings are advertised through phone calls, emails, door-to-door flyer distribution, on the website, community reader board, and word of mouth.
